Customer Feedback and Complaint

We kindly request that all customer feedback be sent in written form to or Feedback can also be sent through our web page by filling the form below. Any customer complaints and/or claims of compensation should be sent no later than 1 month from the initial date of departure. All complaints will be responded to no later than 3 weeks from the date they are presented. We appreciate highly all the feedback customers are willing to send us.
