Customer Feedback and Complaint
We kindly request that all customer feedback be sent in written form to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Feedback can also be sent through our web page by filling the form below. Any customer complaints and/or claims of compensation should be sent no later than 1 month from the initial date of departure. All complaints will be responded to no later than 3 weeks from the date they are presented. We appreciate highly all the feedback customers are willing to send us.
