Dear passengers, the process of bringing the ship to line is still in process – unfortunately, it took a more time than planned. We will send information about the new season by our newsletter and add it to our webpage. All the serial ticket owner may book their trip on Eckerö Line departures using Linda Line Express’ serial ticket. We kindly ask you to make your booking at least one working day before the departure via email. To making the booking please send email to info@lindaline.ee with serial ticket number, passengers first and last name, date of birth, phone number and selected departure date and time. We will send the booking conformation back to your email as soon as possible. Our booking office is open Mon-Fri 9:00 – 15:00. 

Cancellation

Linda Line assumes no responsibility for changes in schedule (delays in departure and arrival times or cancellation of departure) due to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons (customs and border control, technical reasons etc.). Linda Line shall not be liable for possible extra costs or loss of income caused to the passenger due to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons.

The captain of the vessel reserves the right to cancel a departure no later than 1 hour before departure time. In case of a cancellation Linda Line ticket office staff will inform all passengers through text-message. We strongly recommend all passengers to telephone the ticket office before their intended departure or check for news on our website. If the ship cannot depart due to weather conditions (wind over 15 m/s and/or wave height over 3m) or technical reasons, the booking can be used according to information provided by the ticket office staff:

  • The booking can be made valid on Linda Line vessels until the end of season at the passenger’s discretion (according to availability).  Tickets purchased after 1 October will be valid until 31 May of the following year.
  • Transferring the booking to the next available Linda Line departure or to that of another carrier with whom the company has a transfer agreement. Serial ticket booking will be transferred back to the serial ticket and will be valid until the end of the season.
  • Refunding the money for the booking to the passenger within 1-3 weeks of the cancellation from ticket office. To request a refund the passenger can fill out a the form and the money will be transferred to their account. With the form below you may request a refund for your trip. Transfer can take time upto 1-3 weeks. Please also get to know our terms of travel before you send us a refund request.
  • Travellers, who have booked a trip with serial ticket, in case of the cancellation, we return the booked trip on serial ticket.
